Participates in a 10-week banking internship rotating through first-line risk management areas, including regulatory relations, risk and control self-assessments, control testing, third-party risk, products and services, and ESG reporting. Assists with research, documentation, presentations, meeting notes, and cross-functional projects while gaining exposure to banking risk processes and leadership.

Manages complex lending portfolio administration, including deal structure implementation, covenant monitoring, collateral and borrowing base analysis, compliance tracking, reporting, and exception resolution. Coordinates with production, credit, legal, risk, servicing, underwriting, operations, and treasury teams. Develops dashboards and workflow tools, identifies portfolio risks, supports transaction onboarding, and contributes to automation, data governance, and reporting improvements.
