Design, develop, and optimize production test circuits and test programs (primarily C/C++) for analog and mixed-signal power ICs. Improve test cost, efficiency, capacity, and throughput through test-time reduction, multisite solutions and platform transfers. Collaborate cross-functionally for new product qualification and resolve production test yield issues.

Support customers as a field technical liaison for power semiconductor products. Troubleshoot system-level applications, evaluate customer requirements, assist in design and component selection, and represent MPS at seminars and meetings.

Design and develop new semiconductor package types and structures. Survey and evaluate packaging materials, gather requirements from cross-functional teams and competitors, maintain package design rules and roadmap, and support package process and reliability improvements.

Campus-hire analog design engineer will perform transistor-to-system level circuit design, simulation, layout verification, and post-silicon characterization for power-management ICs. Support test and production, collaborate across packaging/CAD/process teams, and document innovations under senior mentorship.

Perform functional and system-level verification of digital and mixed-signal chips using Verilog/SystemVerilog and UVM. Build verification platforms, develop testcases and models, run RTL/netlist/mixed-signal simulations, record results and coverage, and assist with FPGA verification and testing.

Design and implement digital and mixed-signal ICs: coding, synthesis, formal verification, static timing analysis, and FPGA verification. Collaborate with analog, test, and application teams and assist in sample testing.
