  • As a campus hire, you will engage in the full product lifecycle—from circuit design and verification to silicon validation — under the mentorship of senior engineers.

Growth Opportunities

  • Career Path: Fast-track your journey to becoming an expert Precision Analog IC Designer, specializing in high-accuracy signal conditioning and data conversion systems.
  • Technical Depth: Master advanced techniques in low-noise design, high accuracy design and high-PSRR/CMRR design, etc. under expert guidance.
  • Cross-Functional Impact: Collaborate with Packaging, CAD, and Process teams to optimize power density, efficiency, and reliability for next-gen solutions.
  • End-to-End Ownership: Gain comprehensive experience from architectural definition and transistor-level design to silicon bring-up and system-level validation.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Definition & Process Selection: Contribute to specifying new products and evaluating optimal process nodes.
  • Circuit Design: Execute circuit design from the transistor level up to the system level.
  • Simulation & Verification: Perform comprehensive circuit simulation, logic verification, and develop test methodologies.
  • Layout Supervision: Guide and verify physical layout implementation to ensure compliance with electrical rules.
  • Post-Silicon Evaluation: Lead debugging, characterization, and evaluation of devices after Tape-out.
  • Test & Production Support: Assist test engineers in developing test programs and support product engineers in product release.
  • Innovation & Documentation: Propose novel circuit ideas, conduct feasibility studies, and assist in preparing application notes, data sheets, and demo boards.
