Provide administrative HR support across the employee lifecycle: contracts, onboarding/offboarding, right-to-work checks, recruitment sourcing, HR system data entry and reporting, payroll support, PO/invoice processing, meeting note-taking, and ad-hoc HR projects to support the HR Manager and client groups.

Serve as primary account and relationship lead for assigned brands, driving distribution, sales forecasting, business planning, and order negotiations. Manage sell-through via customer visits, training, stock and sample control, and reporting. Coordinate with PR, showroom staff, credit control, and assistants to ensure timely order processing, maintain brand presentation, and meet seasonal and annual targets.

The role involves leading window display projects, supporting visual merchandising, managing budgets, and coordinating with teams for creative campaigns.
