Supports Low Earth Orbit Program meeting operations through data management, agenda and presentation posting, scheduling, room and website support, minutes, action tracking, and meeting-room IT troubleshooting. Provides administrative and coordination support for NASA EGS program boards, panels, reviews, and working groups. Manages agendas, meeting logistics, invitations, minutes, action-item tracking, presentations, attendance records, controlled unclassified information access, and document archiving across SharePoint, TechDoc, ICE, and Wiki platforms.

Develops and manages NASA project schedules, integrated master schedules, proposal and lifecycle schedules, and schedule status packages. Performs schedule health assessments, metrics, trend analysis, probabilistic risk analysis, uncertainty and sensitivity analyses, critical path assessments, and what-if evaluations. Integrates contractor schedules, optimizes resources, collaborates with technical teams, and provides scheduling guidance for evolving aerospace program requirements.

Leads IT coordination for NASA-supported programs, managing projects, service requests, helpdesk activities, access to information systems, SOPs, IT plans, and application or network issues. Advises customers, stakeholders, and leadership on technology initiatives, supports partner liaison activities, and contributes technical expertise to proposals, business development, documentation, and solution planning.

Manage prime contracts and subcontracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing agreements. Interpret contract terms, assess customer requirements, manage changes, coordinate contract communications, and resolve contractual issues. The role requires U.S. government contracting experience, knowledge of FAR and DFARS, Cost Plus contracts, federal contract formation, proposal preparation, negotiation, compliance, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Leads Orion and Artemis ground support equipment integration, hardware delivery, agreement exchange tracking, launch commit criteria development, and verification and validation. Coordinates NASA, contractor, and stakeholder activities; manages hardware transfers, modifications, documentation, and digital engineering tools; supports LCC authoring and change processing; maintains SharePoint records; and recommends process improvements. The role requires systems engineering leadership in human spaceflight programs, government clearance eligibility, flexible hours, and travel as needed.

Supports digital engineering and transformation of U.S. Space Force launch-range information systems. Responsibilities include developing operational requirements, modeling system architecture and configurations, analyzing alternatives, conducting functional and performance analyses, and applying systems engineering techniques to complex infrastructure and subsystems.
