ARES is looking for an individual with experience in Meeting Support to join our team supporting the Low Earth Orbit Program on the Mission Technical Integration Contract at the Johnson Space Center.
Minimum Requirements
- Support a Low Earth Orbit Program meeting operations in multiple disciplines including but not limited to performing data management (electronic and in-room) to ensure the meetings and restricted based on data-owner classificaiton.
- Perform all meeting logistics, include:
Posting agendas and presentations
Providing Website and calendar support
Scheduling meeting and room equipment, and providing in-room meeting support
Record, transcribe and/or summarize meeting minutes
Record and track meeting actions and decisions
Provide basic IT support and troubleshotoing for meeting room equipment and tools
Coordinate and schedule multiple meetings per week
- Ability to work on-site a minimum of 3 to 4 days a week
- Identifying process improvements with plans for implementation and execution
- Provides early morning and after-hours meeting support as assigned.
- Ability to travel as requires.
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
Preferred Qualification
- NASA Human Spaceflight experience
- Knowledge of SharePoint and/or Data Management
- Knowledge of data handling for exports (proprietary, ITAR, etc.)
- Knowledge of MS Teams
Education and Relevant Work Experience
Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university, or (5) years of experience
