The Marketing & Communications Specialist will manage marketing programs, cultivate stakeholder relationships, and coordinate projects across digital channels and events.

Support Secretariat and executive operations, coordinate committees, webinars, mentorship and ECR initiatives; develop and execute digital marketing, social media, newsletters, website and promotional content; manage partnerships, podcast coordination, donations, and stakeholder communications while ensuring brand consistency and event support.

Manage the association's secretariat, operations, governance, meetings, membership, communications, events, and financial coordination. Support Board and Officers, implement policies, run projects (awards/grants), maintain stakeholder relations, and oversee member engagement and digital communications.

The Marketing Coordinator will manage daily marketing tasks, support campaigns, liaise with designers, produce content, and report on activities.
