Owns monthly close, journal entries, US GAAP revenue and inventory accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, flux analysis, and audit support. The role manages inventory across 3PL warehouses, Amazon FBA, and in-transit locations, investigates variances, and maintains landed-cost and reserve calculations. It also emphasizes process improvement through responsible daily AI use, automation of reconciliation workflows, documentation, and coordination with Operations and Supply Chain to improve data quality.

Handle customer support cases across email, chat, and marketplace channels. Investigate order, shipping, damage, return, refund, and replacement issues using carrier, warehouse, and marketplace systems. Review AI-generated support responses, maintain help center content, and improve automation workflows. Protect marketplace account health, meet response and resolution SLAs, identify recurring logistics problems, and communicate clearly and empathetically with customers.

Handle customer inquiries across email, chat, and marketplace channels; investigate order, shipping, damage, loss, return, refund, and replacement issues; coordinate with warehouses and carriers; maintain strong marketplace metrics; review and improve AI-generated support responses; update help center content; and deliver clear, empathetic customer communication.

Edit and optimize short-form paid social ads for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Meta. Create compelling hooks, creative angles, captions, sound design, and multiple A/B test variations from existing footage, UGC, and product clips. Collaborate with media buying and marketing teams, use performance data to iterate, monitor platform trends, and deliver high volumes of native-feeling, conversion-focused creative on fast timelines.

Analyzes market trends, competitor products, sales performance, consumer feedback, and Amazon SKU data to support product assortment and merchandising decisions. Builds recurring reports, tracks KPIs, identifies market opportunities, and recommends improvements to pricing, listings, imagery, promotions, and product specifications. Maintains product database data and collaborates with Design, Product Development, Merchandising, and Marketing teams.

Monitor and troubleshoot daily EDI transactions for orders, invoices, and shipments. Collaborate with internal teams and trading partners to resolve data and integration issues, document mappings and solutions, analyze recurring errors, and improve data flow. Support new partner onboarding and testing of EDI transaction sets such as 850, 856, 810, 940, and 945 while ensuring ERP and EDI data synchronization and compliance with marketplace standards.

Monitor and troubleshoot daily EDI transactions for orders, invoices, and shipments. Collaborate with internal teams and external trading partners to resolve data and integration errors, document mappings and fixes, analyze recurring issues, and support new partner onboarding and testing.
