Manages and grows a portfolio of high-value institutional consultant and asset manager relationships within the company’s collective investment trust business. Serves as the primary client contact, develops account plans, leads strategic reviews, builds executive relationships, identifies expansion opportunities, monitors account health, and coordinates cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions. The role is based in Boston with a hybrid schedule and travel as needed.

Design, build, and deploy ML models, LLM/RAG applications, and data pipelines in production. Perform EDA, monitoring, model evaluation, dashboards, and collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.

Lead strategy and execution for a segment of the retirement investment platform. Own end-to-end initiatives from problem framing to instrumentation, partner with engineering/design/data, synthesize customer and market insights, build stakeholder relationships, define success metrics, and drive measurable product outcomes.

Lead UX for a B2B retirement investment platform: conduct user research, design information architectures, user flows, wireframes and hi‑fi prototypes, partner with product and engineering to ship solutions, present findings to stakeholders, and build/scale design systems and accessibility standards.
