Acts as a strategic AppSec advisor, advocates for customers internally, coordinates resources, resolves challenges proactively, and promotes best practices and knowledge sharing across global customer teams.

Leads client engagements focused on application security and DevSecOps transformation. Configures application security testing tools in CI/CD pipelines, supports vulnerability triage, conducts maturity assessments using BSIMM and NIST SSDF, and develops multi-year strategic roadmaps. Facilitates executive workshops, presents recommendations to security and engineering leaders, creates maturity models and dashboards, and contributes to thought leadership on secure software governance.

Manages marketing operations systems and automation for B2B technology campaigns. Builds Marketo and Qualified assets, maintains databases and segmentation, monitors lead flows into Salesforce, troubleshoots system issues, documents workflows, supports AI-powered tools, and prepares campaign performance reports. Partners with Marketing, Sales, IT, and Demand Generation to improve campaign execution, data quality, lead management, and marketing technology processes.
