Lead country strategy and execution for Malaysia ride-hailing operations, driving marketplace supply-demand balance, pricing, launches, partnerships, regulatory compliance, product localization, customer support, and cross-functional alignment to meet financial and operational targets.

Lead and supervise a team of 20-25 driver verification agents, manage shifts and workload to meet SLAs, monitor KPIs, conduct coaching and performance reviews, oversee QA and onboarding, drive process improvements, and coordinate with stakeholders.
