Design and verify analog and mixed-signal circuits (PLLs, ADCs, regulators, oscillators) from architecture through layout, participate in chip bring-up, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and document and review assigned blocks.

Lead and grow a Netherlands-based analog/mixed-signal IC design team to deliver MEMS-based precision timing products. Recruit and manage cross-functional design, layout, and verification teams; drive architecture, design, tape-out, validation, and production release; collaborate with systems, test, applications, customers, marketing and sales; implement processes (DFT/DFM) to ensure rapid silicon bring-up and high-volume manufacturability while meeting performance, power, and cost targets.

Lead Asia regional accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls across multiple jurisdictions. Oversee close, consolidation, statutory filings, SOX compliance, audits, ERP improvements (Oracle), and provide financial insights, governance, and process standardization while partnering with regional and corporate leadership.

Lead strategic engagement and sales with ODMs and multinational customers in AI, networking, and communications. Drive design wins, manage accounts, develop pipeline and forecasts, collaborate cross-functionally, and influence the server value chain for long-term revenue growth.

Develop and run self-checking testcases from functional specs, improve verification infrastructure, triage regressions, debug RTL and gate-level simulations, analyze coverage, and collaborate with cross-location design and verification teams to achieve verification closure.

Lead strategic account growth across major automotive OEMs and ecosystem partners. Secure semiconductor design wins, drive production revenue and platform expansion, build executive and cross-functional relationships, provide technical sales and qualification leadership, deliver market intelligence and forecasting, negotiate commercial agreements, and coordinate internal resources to meet automotive quality and supply requirements. Travel up to 50%.
