Build and maintain client relationships, assess financial needs, create personalized financial plans, recommend bank products (deposits, investments, insurance, loans), meet sales targets, provide customer service, prepare proposals, and ensure regulatory compliance while participating in marketing to generate leads.

Manage and grow primary mortgage market penetration by engaging developers, driving referrals, coordinating with sales channels, creating regional strategies, onboarding new developers, reactivating inactive partners, and organizing joint sales events and homeowner campaigns to boost approved EF project penetration.

Provide operational support, administration, and optimization of data center network infrastructure. Manage Cisco ACI/Nexus/Catalyst, SD-WAN, Huawei, F5, Brocade, and Gigamon. Perform installation, configuration, patching, monitoring, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and work with technical leads on design and enhancements while ensuring compliance with security and audit requirements and driving continuous improvement.

Drive branch sales by promoting and selling retail and wealth products, acquire and retain customers, execute sales plans, perform account openings, cross-sell/up-sell, and participate in promotional campaigns to grow the bank's portfolio and customer base.
