Create high-fidelity 3D environment props for AAA games, ensuring artistic consistency, technical integration into Unreal Engine, optimization (LODs, UVs, collisions), and iterative collaboration with Art Leads and peers to meet quality and deadline targets.

Create and optimize immersive game environments by composing and dressing modular assets, following art direction and pipelines, integrating assets in engine, and collaborating with tech art and design to ensure performance and visual quality.

Collaborate with engineers and artists to build asset-management tools and pipelines, create and update shaders, optimize assets and shaders per hardware specs, fix technical bugs, and document pipelines and tools for efficient production in Unreal Engine 5.

Design and produce game UI assets and screens to match project visual direction. Collaborate with UX, design, producers, engineering and tech art to implement UI, provide time estimates, and meet deadlines. Prepare assets for cross-platform use and implement into game engines.

Lead technical execution for multiple mobile game projects: define core technology strategy, enforce quality standards, optimize performance and memory, identify and mitigate technical risks, mentor leads and senior engineers, make senior hires, support bids and project kickoffs, coordinate distributed teams, and represent the company with partners and at industry events.

Collaborate with engineers and artists to build tools, manage assets, create and optimize shaders and pipelines in UE5, troubleshoot technical issues, and document workflows.

Implement environment and prop artwork into the game, create LODs and collision models, set up placeholder assets with correct naming/file structures, import prototypes and final assets, fix and re-implement assets based on feedback, and collaborate within a team.

Develop and maintain gameplay, AI, and engine systems in Unreal Engine for AAA titles. Implement new features, optimize performance, support multiple platforms, participate in architecture and prototyping, and follow the full game development pipeline through release.

Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable C++ code. Maintain code quality and organization, implement performance and quality modules, collaborate and communicate within the team. Support CI practices; UE4/5 and production UI experience are advantages.

Create and implement game UI aligned with project art direction: redesign and produce UI graphics, estimate time, meet deadlines, collaborate with UX, design, engineering and tech art, and implement assets into game engines.
