Design and produce game UI assets and screens to match project visual direction. Collaborate with UX, design, producers, engineering and tech art to implement UI, provide time estimates, and meet deadlines. Prepare assets for cross-platform use and implement into game engines.

Create and integrate real-time vegetation assets (trees, bushes, grass) through the full 3D pipeline for multiple biomes in Unreal Engine 5; collect references, follow guidelines, ensure technical and gameplay constraints, obtain lead approval, mentor junior artists, and contribute to team practices.

Support and improve continuous integration, build verification, deployment, and platform tool pipelines for game development. Troubleshoot build and deployment issues, optimize performance and reliability, maintain tools and documentation, coordinate updates, review peer code, and improve system efficiency. Supports the HR department with administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, collecting payroll information, answering benefits questions, distributing policies, scanning and organizing documents, and helping coordinate company events.

Troubleshoot build system performance, stability, and deployment issues; coordinate tool updates; review peer solutions; maintain documentation and configuration guides; and improve build-system efficiency and maintainability. The role also contributes hands-on to game development and collaborates closely with Engineering and QA teams.

Lead and contribute to environment/level art for AAA games: model modular and hero assets, perform set dressing, work in-engine (Unreal 5 or Unity), optimize performance (LODs, draw calls), mentor and review team work, and fill gaps in modular kits.

Create high-poly and real-time game props: model, sculpt, texture, and optimize assets to studio standards. Collaborate with Lead Artists, manage polygon/texture budgets, accept feedback, and continuously develop artistic and technical skills.

Lead technical execution and production for multiple mobile game projects: define core technology strategy, enforce technical standards, mitigate risks, mentor leads and senior engineers, participate in hiring and bids, support project kickoffs, and represent the company with partners and at events to ensure high-quality, performant live-service games.

Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable C++ code, ensure code quality and performance, implement quality modules, and collaborate with the team. Work may include UE4/5 and CI practices; good communication skills required.
