Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on Socomec multi-BA product range (PCO-P, PCS & EE). Intervene on customer sites, provide telephone support, report activities, and relay business-relevant findings to sales management.

Responsibilities include BSP customization, Yocto-based image generation, board bring-up, industrial communication (Modbus, RS485, TCP/IP), lightweight web and HMI interfaces, alarm/event logging, secure update/recovery, hardware interfacing and diagnostics, testing/validation, and documentation for manufacturing and field support.

Provide technical support and product recommendations to sales teams, reps, distributors, and customers. Troubleshoot issues, conduct site audits, demos, trainings and presentations, prepare reports and proposals, and collaborate with marketing and product teams. Serve as a product expert for Socomec equipment and ensure compliance with applicable electrical standards.
