Support magnetic component design, firmware and communication integration, certification, and reliability testing while managing multiple projects.

Provide Level 1 user support for ERP projects and business applications, including migrations, enhancements, customization, reporting, and system administration. Lead headquarters and local ERP projects, managing timelines, budgets, resources, technical specifications, consultant deliverables, and go-live readiness. Serve as the local ERP subject-matter expert while overseeing incidents, service requests, user communications, trend analysis, and preventive improvements. Define and maintain ERP LN technical architecture, including integrations, customizations, interfaces, reporting, security, performance, scalability, and technical debt. Apply IT security policies and support ERP cost estimation and optimization.
