ERP Project Management
- Lead assigned HQ and local ERP projects, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Define and validate project specifications, technical solutions, and deliverables in collaboration with business teams, HQ IT, and external partners.
- Review and validate consultant developments and system changes before go-live.

Act as the ERP subject-matter expert for local projects and manage external resources for projects, enhancements, and support needs.
User Services and Support
- Ensure timely resolution of ERP incidents and service requests while meeting defined service-quality standards.
- Provide clear communication to users regarding ERP issues, resolutions, and planned service activities.
- Analyse incident trends and service indicators to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities.

Define and implement preventive actions to enhance user experience and overall service performance.
ERP LN Technical Architecture
- Define, maintain, and document the ERP LN technical architecture, including environments, integrations, customisations, interfaces, reporting components, and dependencies.
- Assess the architectural impact of new projects, enhancements, upgrades, and developments before implementation.
- Validate technical designs for customisations, interfaces, workflows, reports, and data flows with HQ IT, infrastructure teams, and external partners.
- Ensure solutions comply with functional requirements, security standards, performance expectations, scalability, and maintainability principles.

Monitor architecture risks, technical debt, and obsolescence, and recommend improvement or rationalisation actions.
Security and Cost Management
- Apply global IT security policies within the local operating context and recommend controls to address local constraints.
- Support the estimation, monitoring, and optimisation of costs associated with ERP projects and services.
