Responsibilities include creating partner strategies, enablement materials, product positioning, communications, webinars, co-marketing campaigns, event support, partner web presence, case studies, and performance measurement. The role partners closely with product marketing, partnerships, product, and sales teams to improve partner activation, engagement, and revenue growth.

Lead the architecture, deployment, monitoring, automation, and optimization of AWS cloud infrastructure. Drive Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, observability, incident response, reliability improvements, and production troubleshooting. Participate in on-call rotations, develop internal tooling, document operational practices, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with cross-functional Agile teams.

Designs and maintains scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, databases, schemas, and data infrastructure. The role optimizes database performance, supports data quality and integrity, develops relational and NoSQL data models, and collaborates with engineering and AI teams on analytics and business intelligence initiatives. Conduct targeted outbound outreach through phone, email, and social channels to identify prospects, generate pipeline, qualify leads, and book meetings for Account Executives. Maintain accurate Salesforce records, tailor messaging, collaborate with marketing and sales, meet activity targets, and develop product and competitive knowledge. The role offers progression toward closing small-business deals and future Sales Executive or Customer Success positions.

Build, maintain, and evolve shared web and API test automation frameworks for TalentLMS. Design reusable automated test scenarios, execute tests through CI/CD pipelines, analyze failures, troubleshoot root causes, and collaborate with development and QA teams to improve coverage and reliability. Contribute to Cypress tooling, API testing, exploratory testing, and AI-augmented testing practices while helping establish consistent quality standards across product teams.

Perform outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social channels to build pipeline, qualify leads, maintain CRM records, collaborate with marketing and sales, and meet activity metrics to generate opportunities for Account Executives.
