Lead Software & AI Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and deploying software solutions integrating AI/ML. Requires extensive experience in cloud-native development and DevSecOps.

The DevSecOps / Systems Engineer will support secure software solutions in DoD settings, deploying, integrating, and managing containerized applications, while automating infrastructure and enhancing CI/CD pipelines.

Provide first- and second-tier help desk support on a mission-focused watch floor: troubleshoot and resolve desktop, laptop, peripheral, software, and connectivity issues; document incidents in ITSM; coordinate with network, systems, and application teams; install and maintain end-user devices; support incident management and adjust schedules during contingency/Real World events.

Provide systems and network engineering, administration, and Tier 2/3 troubleshooting for NOAA Marine Operations Center-Atlantic. Manage LAN/WAN/VPN, enterprise network devices, Windows/Linux servers, virtualization and cloud platforms, identity management, security patching, and incident response. Support ~50 users including VIPs, maintain documentation/inventories, participate in on-call rotation, occasional travel to ships and field sites, and ensure compliance with federal and NOAA requirements.

Administer enterprise vulnerability scanning tools and application security scanners, maintain endpoint security, manage credentialed scans and identity services, troubleshoot servers and network services, monitor infrastructure health, support configuration management and patching, and produce scan reports and technical documentation.

Administer, configure, and maintain the ServiceNow platform and ITSM modules. Manage users, roles, workflows, forms, business rules, notifications, and CMDB. Support Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog and Knowledge. Troubleshoot issues, assist with upgrades/patches, maintain documentation, and collaborate with technical teams and customers to improve platform functionality.

Provide on-site Tier 1–2 system and desktop support for Windows 11 and Server 2019 environments, manage Active Directory and Group Policy, maintain SIPR/NIPR compliance (STIG/DISA), perform patching, backup/recovery, asset management, document issues, and escalate Tier 3 problems while supporting audits and security readiness.

Design, configure, administer, and enhance ServiceNow ITSM applications and workflows. Support Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog processes; build dashboards, reports, and integrations; troubleshoot platform issues; support upgrades and testing; collaborate with stakeholders to implement ITIL best practices and improve service delivery.
