Supports business development initiatives for private equity and related practice areas. Coordinates pitches, proposals, RFPs, rankings submissions, thought leadership, conferences, events, CRM updates, market research, competitive intelligence, and reporting. Maintains matter descriptions, attorney bios, target lists, and client-facing materials while assisting with relationship development, business plans, and special projects. Collaborates across departments and geographies in a deadline-driven professional services environment.

Provides transactional legal support for private equity and corporate matters, including entity formations, governance documents, mergers, reorganizations, financing transactions, UCC filings, due diligence, closing processes, and post-closing tasks. Prepares corporate records, resolutions, agreements, certificates, annual reports, EIN applications, and regulatory filings while coordinating with practice groups and filing service providers.

Leads firmwide onboarding and integration of newly hired lateral partners. Develops individualized integration plans, coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, supports client and matter transitions, builds partner relationships, tracks engagement and revenue indicators, identifies retention risks, and improves integration processes through playbooks, dashboards, and milestone reviews.

Coordinates firm-wide email communications, announcements, news alerts, evites, and podcast publications. Maintains website content, CRM data, mailing lists, and digital assets across external platforms. Collaborates with business development and content administrators to ensure information remains accurate and current. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, and familiarity with email marketing, CRM, and WordPress platforms.

Leads firmwide legal AI initiatives by identifying use cases, designing and building AI agents, evaluating emerging solutions, and implementing pilots. Partners with attorneys, IT, vendors, and leadership to address technical challenges, drive adoption, provide training, document limitations, and recommend improvements. The role also manages testing milestones, researches AI products, supports client inquiries, and prepares qualitative and quantitative reports.

Supports patent litigation teams by analyzing computer-related technologies, industry standards, products, services, patents, and prior art. Provides infringement and non-infringement analyses, researches patent families and invalidity issues, defines technical terms, and teaches legal teams about relevant technologies. Requires strong research, communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with a technical degree.
