Lead and support end-to-end project and change management activities within the Transformation Management Office, including scope, budgeting, resource management, risk mitigation, QA, stakeholder communication, process mapping (As-Is/To-Be), requirements documentation, gap analysis, and coordination with internal teams and external vendors across regions.

Design and adapt key visuals, static and rich-media ads, print pieces, video edits, infographics, and merchandise while collaborating with mentors and cross-functional teams to develop project management, communication, and creative skills.

Lead and maintain WHS management systems, drive safety strategy and continuous improvement, liaise with stakeholders, oversee workers compensation and return-to-work, deliver WHS training, monitor compliance and reporting across multiple locations nationally.

Identify and qualify inbound and outbound leads, upsell to existing customers, route opportunities to sales team, maintain CRM (Salesforce), support order processing, invoicing and collections, and collaborate on customer contract and profile management.

Provide third-level support and development for customer-facing applications built on Perl, SQL and XML. Manage production environments, triage incidents, perform release management, monitoring, performance tuning, testing, upgrades, and documentation. Maintain AIX/DB2 environments, diagnose and correct problems, and implement improvements. Use scripting (Perl, SQL, Python) and support application lifecycle in large IT settings.
