Lead Ceragon's global post-sales customer experience: own worldwide technical support, escalations, service readiness, training, knowledge management, NPS/CSAT, operational excellence, automation/AI initiatives, and product-quality feedback loops while partnering with Engineering and PLM to improve satisfaction and efficiency.

The Customer Support Expert provides advanced technical support for telecommunications hardware and software, troubleshoots complex issues, collaborates with teams, and trains staff. Travel is required for on-site support.

Lead a hardware design team to deliver high-speed networking platforms from concept through production. Oversee schematics, PCB layout, SI/PI, SerDes, DDR, PDN, validation, testing, manufacturing transition, DFM/DFA/DFT, cross-functional collaboration, scheduling, recruiting, and root-cause resolution of field issues.

Design and develop embedded software (C/C++) for wireless communications platforms, including high-level applications and L2-L3 protocol stacks. Participate in requirements, design, coding on Linux, unit testing, and collaborate with systems, hardware, and verification teams.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Ceragon microwave and IP/MPLS transport systems. Design, configure, and deploy routers, switches, and firewalls (Cisco, Nokia, Juniper, HP); implement IP/MPLS network solutions; collaborate with NOC and field teams; participate in 24/7 rotations; develop automation scripts; produce network documentation and participate in customer technical reviews.

Provide Tier-2 technical support for microwave/millimeterwave transmission networks: reproduce and debug issues in lab, analyze system performance, handle complex escalations, coordinate with Tier-3, document resolutions, and support regional engineers and certified customers.

Lead Ceragon's global business applications strategy and team, drive ERP modernization, AI-enabled process improvements, vendor/partner management, cross-functional transformation, and ensure scalable, secure enterprise application delivery and adoption.

Design high-speed digital boards, lead schematic development, validate and troubleshoot hardware in collaboration with cross-functional teams, while ensuring performance and compliance with regulations.

The role involves managing global intercompany accounting and reconciliations, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, and coordinating with global teams for financial processes.

Design and implement verification environments and test/coverage plans for complex SoC/FPGA/ASIC IPs and top-level designs using advanced methodologies (SystemVerilog, UVM, Specman). Collaborate with cross-functional teams, verify networking/modem packet-processing features, and own verification tasks end-to-end.
