Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Ceragon microwave and IP/MPLS transport systems. Provide advanced technical support for microwave/transmission networks: reproduce issues in lab, analyze collected data to identify failures, resolve complex cases, advise customers proactively, support regional engineers, collaborate with Tier-3, and document knowledge in CRM/NMS.

Lead wireless system architecture for 5G backhaul products: define HW, FW, and SW requirements; analyze customer needs and market trends; support R&D teams, field trials, customer issues, and production.

Support EMEA employee lifecycle and regional HR operations including onboarding/offboarding, documentation, benefits administration, vendor/PO management (Oracle Fusion), and engagement programs. Provide administrative support to leadership, coordinate All-Hands and internal communications, and enable alignment across countries to enhance the remote-first employee experience.
