Ceragon Networks seeks an Inside Sales Representative in Paraguay to support North American business growth. The role responds to inbound leads, conducts discovery, qualifies and nurtures prospects, coordinates meetings, maintains accurate Salesforce records, and provides complete handoffs to sales, channel, or business development teams. The representative collaborates across Sales, Marketing, Presales, and Sales Operations while managing multiple customer conversations and contributing to qualified pipeline. Fluency in English and Spanish and regular overlap with North American working hours are required.

Coordinates project governance, reporting, setup, budget approvals, documentation, purchasing support, timesheets, vendor follow-up, and project closure. Maintains accurate data across internal systems, ensures process compliance, prepares portfolio reports, resolves budget and system issues, and supports project managers and cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Success, and Vendor Management.

Develop and execute Ceragon’s North American system integrator channel strategy. Recruit and activate partners, build joint business plans, generate qualified pipeline, lead complex pursuits, and drive opportunities through commercial close. Manage executive relationships, partner enablement, forecasting, CRM activity, and performance tracking while collaborating with sales, product, marketing, services, finance, legal, and operations teams. The role focuses on wireless connectivity and private network solutions across public safety, defense, energy, oil and gas, and mining markets.

Own end-to-end Oracle EBS R12 logistics projects, including requirements gathering, module configuration, customization, testing, deployment, support, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Support Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, Shipping Execution, Service Contracts, Install Base, MRP, and WIP modules. Analyze business needs using SQL, coordinate global teams, manage Oracle support processes, prepare documentation and training materials, ensure controls and audit compliance, and mentor junior analysts.

Transition products from development to production, support and train subcontractor production lines, implement design-for-X methods, and lead corrective and preventive actions. The role also provides technical support for new product introduction, resolves production issues, operates RF test equipment, and prepares technical documentation in English.

Lead FP&A activities for COGS, manufacturing, inventory, freight, logistics, and supply-chain costs. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, product costing, inventory valuation, margin analysis, executive reporting, financial controls, and cross-functional business partnering. The role also drives automation, BI dashboards, process improvements, cost-reduction initiatives, and actionable recommendations for senior leadership in a global manufacturing environment.

Manage corporate treasury operations, cash liquidity, cash flow forecasting, short-term financing, banking relationships, and factoring processes. Conduct financial modeling and analysis for funding and investment decisions, monitor foreign exchange and interest rate risks, and develop treasury policies that improve efficiency and compliance. Collaborate with finance teams across a multinational environment. Hebrew and English fluency are required.

Drive technical sales for wireless networking solutions by identifying customer requirements, developing tailored solutions, delivering product demonstrations and presentations, supporting proposals, coordinating with engineering and post-sales support teams, and identifying new business opportunities through market analysis. The role requires strong technical communication, networking and telecommunications knowledge, English fluency, Europe-based availability, and travel as needed.

Lead a hardware design team to deliver high-speed networking platforms from concept through production. Oversee schematics, PCB layout, SI/PI, SerDes, DDR, PDN, validation, testing, manufacturing transition, DFM/DFA/DFT, cross-functional collaboration, scheduling, recruiting, and root-cause resolution of field issues.

Provide Tier-2 technical support for microwave/millimeterwave transmission networks: reproduce and debug issues in lab, analyze system performance, handle complex escalations, coordinate with Tier-3, document resolutions, and support regional engineers and certified customers.
