Leads enterprise sales across the Western United States, driving revenue growth, customer expansion, new business development, forecasting, and quota achievement. Manages, hires, trains, and motivates Account Executives; develops regional sales strategies, campaigns, channel partnerships, and upsell programs. Supports complex customer engagements, communicates technical and business value, provides market feedback, and influences product positioning. Requires cybersecurity vendor experience, executive-level relationship skills, and at least 50% travel.

Designs and deploys Pentera’s security validation platform in complex enterprise environments, leads penetration-testing and remediation deep dives, advises customers on threats and attack techniques, educates users, supports adoption and expansion, and relays customer feedback to Product, R&D, and Support teams.

Lead Pentera’s cloud product domain across AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid environments. Own cloud product strategy, roadmap, backlog, requirements, and lifecycle execution while partnering with R&D in an Agile environment. Conduct market and competitive analysis, translate cloud security challenges into product capabilities, and collaborate with sales, customers, and product teams to drive adoption and revenue.

Own the Data and AI product domain across the full lifecycle. Define product strategy, AI model integration and behavior, data analytics capabilities, and the roadmap for cybersecurity products. Partner with R&D, Sales, and customers to gather market insights, deliver AI/ML-driven features, and drive product adoption, revenue, and ongoing success.

Design, build, and ship production platform features end-to-end. Own components across architecture, performance, reliability, security, and maintainability. Collaborate with product managers, security researchers, and engineers to solve complex problems. Integrate valuable AI capabilities, promote AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and Copilot, improve code quality, mentor engineers, and influence technical practices.

Lead a strategic cybersecurity product domain: define roadmap and specs, drive AI-driven features, collaborate with R&D/sales/customers, perform market analysis, and manage product lifecycle in an Agile environment.

Serve as a cybersecurity sales engineering expert for UK/I prospects. Lead discovery sessions, product demonstrations, technical evaluations, installations, and post-sale adoption. Partner with Sales and external partners to qualify opportunities, address technical requirements, develop strategies, and close deals. The role requires strong infrastructure, networking, cloud, troubleshooting, and penetration-testing knowledge, plus customer relationship skills and willingness to travel up to 50%.
