Hands-on, client-facing role to optimize FircoSoft sanctions and transaction screening: tune matching algorithms, reduce false positives, perform ATL/BTL testing, support integrations and upgrades, produce MIS reporting, maintain audit-ready documentation, and support regulatory reviews and model validation.

The Solutions Engineer will analyze complex legacy systems, support customer implementations, and apply AI techniques to enhance knowledge infrastructure in regulated environments, particularly in BFSI.

Lead the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for data products supporting CPG and retail clients. Translate business needs into product requirements, prioritize backlogs, define KPIs, ensure data governance and quality, collaborate with stakeholders and engineering, drive adoption, and support pre-sales and change management.

Design, develop, and optimize BI solutions and interactive dashboards. Translate business requirements into reports and visualizations, improve performance and usability, and establish BI best practices and documentation while partnering with stakeholders.

Provide onsite and remote IT support for ~120+ employees, manage endpoint devices and identity lifecycle, support office infrastructure (networking, Zoom Rooms, AV, printers), run onboarding/offboarding, participate in IT projects, and coordinate with global IT and vendors to ensure operational continuity.

Architect and implement scalable Azure Lakehouse solutions (Databricks, Microsoft Fabric). Lead cloud data migrations, build ETL/ELT and streaming pipelines, enforce data governance and security, advise clients, run workshops, and mentor teams while managing multiple engagements.
