Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive the growth of our solution across the European market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering revenue growth within target industries. This is IC position.

Magic Software is a recognized leader in integration, automation and digital transformation solutions. As part of the launch and commercial acceleration of Magic Touch, we are strengthening our team and looking for a motivated, ambitious and results-driven Sales Representative.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development and sales across assigned European territories
  • Promote and sell our System platform/solution to enterprise and mid-market clients
  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads into customers
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, IT, Operations)
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and proposals
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM systems
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs across Europe
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales / enterprise sales
  • Must have experience in selling software integration solutions
  • Proven track record of closing deals and meeting revenue targets
  • Experience selling technology solutions / SaaS / platforms (integration, automation, data or similar)
  • Strong understanding of the European market landscape
  • Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling integration platforms / enterprise systems / AI-driven solutions
  • Existing network within target industries (financial services, retail, tech, etc.)
  • Multilingual skills (advantage across European regions)
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment
