Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for HERE products: debug customer issues, run technical consulting, support RFQs, liaise with sales/product teams, deliver training, and represent customer feedback internally and externally.

Lead product definition and roadmaps for a platform enabling authentication, entitlements, billing, and usage at scale across automotive, maps, and enterprise products. Translate domain needs into PRDs, epics, and user stories, align stakeholders, partner with engineering and architecture, and drive reusable, scalable platform capabilities for millions of requests and vehicles.

Provide senior-level technical support for mobile and embedded SDKs across Android, iOS, and Flutter. Lead and grow an Enterprise Architecture team to define company-wide architecture, standards, and guardrails for cloud platforms, developer enablement, and AI/GenAI. Own AI lifecycle governance (LLMOps/MLOps, model/version controls, observability), RAG patterns, agent orchestration, and cross-team alignment to improve developer velocity, reduce technical debt, and ensure cost-efficient, secure, and compliant AI deployments.

Lead regional strategy and go-to-market for HERE's Japan product portfolio. Define regional roadmaps, set investment priorities, create market requirements, drive adoption and partnerships, monitor performance, and represent the company externally.

Manage cost of sales and content acquisition accounting for EMEA/APAC: review contracts, ensure IFRS compliance and internal controls, prepare GL reconciliations, maintain deferred cost schedules, submit VAT/OSS listings, support audits, resolve supplier and internal inquiries, and ensure accurate cost recognition and royalty reporting.

Build and maintain core simulation and geospatial systems for AI perception and mapping. Develop pipelines for scene construction, actor behavior, sensor/condition generation, and tooling to ensure scalable, reproducible simulation outputs. Partner with data scientists and platform engineers to operationalize simulation outputs for inference, evaluation, and production workflows, and troubleshoot fidelity and stability issues.
