Senior mixed-methods UX Researcher responsible for advanced quantitative survey design, pricing and packaging research, longitudinal measurement, segmentation, conversion and retention analysis, and qualitative research. The role partners with product and revenue teams, works directly with Snowflake data, applies statistical and experimental methods, advises on research methodology, and translates multi-source findings into actionable recommendations for leadership.

Own the foundational qualitative research agenda for Suno’s mobile music-creation experience. Conduct ethnographic, diary, longitudinal, in-home, in-field, and concept studies with creators across ages, including children. Partner with product, design, engineering, data science, and growth teams to influence strategy, product decisions, acquisition, onboarding, and retention. Translate insights into durable frameworks, mentor researchers, and uphold strong participant-care, consent, assent, and research ethics practices.

Serve as the end-to-end People Partner for an assigned function, advising leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, employee relations, performance management, and manager coaching. Lead investigations and high-stakes performance cases, adapt company-wide People programs, analyze workforce data, and mentor People Partners. The role requires strong U.S. and California employment law knowledge, independent judgment, and experience in high-growth technology environments.

Lead a full-stack engineering team building Suno’s social features, including notifications, profiles, follow graphs, sharing, and comments. Set technical direction, guide scalable architecture, hire and develop engineers, manage performance, and partner with product, design, and data science. Drive retention-focused product delivery through experimentation, metrics, logging, and post-launch iteration while remaining technically hands-on.

Lead and grow a cross-platform revenue engineering team spanning backend, web, iOS, and Android. Own revenue roadmaps, experimentation infrastructure, pricing and packaging initiatives, retention efforts, technical direction, hiring, and organizational development. Partner with product, data science, and commerce teams to deliver commercial opportunities and evaluate AI-enabled engineering workflows.

Own and operate end-to-end payroll processing for a rapidly growing company, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payments. Manage multi-state tax, wage-and-hour, garnishment, and year-end requirements; partner with People on employee changes, benefits, equity, and offboarding. Manage payroll providers, reconcile payroll to the general ledger, support monthly close, and build scalable policies, controls, and documentation. Implement measured AI and automation while establishing the payroll function in-house.

Lead data science for growth monetization, including subscription conversion, churn, pricing, packaging, paywalls, offers, and revenue modeling. Design rigorous experiments, establish metrics and unit economics for new business lines, and serve as the data science lead for a product area. Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and data science teams to drive revenue growth and build scalable data foundations.

Own global paid social performance across web and app campaigns, managing budgets, bidding, audience segmentation, creative testing, attribution, and growth KPIs. Lead platform partnerships, forecasting, pacing, reporting, incrementality testing, and mobile measurement integrations. Analyze performance using Excel, build tools and dashboards, and translate insights into campaign improvements. Collaborate with creative, lifecycle, product, data science, and finance teams to drive subscriptions and conversions at scale.

Own the roadmap and revenue growth for Suno’s business products serving professional creatives, teams, and large companies. Define offerings, run pilots and betas, build collaboration, workspace, admin, security, privacy, and integration capabilities, and translate customer feedback into product decisions. Partner with Engineering, Security, Legal, Commercial, and Business Development teams on compliance, sales enablement, pricing, packaging, and land-and-expand strategy. Establish revenue KPIs and communicate results and tradeoffs to leadership.

Manage daily office administration, facilities, vendors, visitors, packages, supplies, security systems, AV setup, device inventory, lunch services, and onsite studio operations. Coordinate office maintenance, executive support, team events, culture initiatives, candidate visits, and new-hire onboarding. The role requires strong organization, communication, vendor-management, problem-solving, and multitasking skills in an in-person Cambridge office.
