Identify manual processes suitable for AI automation, resolve customer issues, and operate autonomously in a fast-moving environment.

The GRC Manager will establish and lead security governance and compliance programs, manage audits, develop policies, and work cross-functionally to ensure compliance with standards such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001.

Lead partner-focused product marketing to shape partner narratives, create technical content, build enablement and sales collateral, and run joint go-to-market campaigns. Collaborate with partnerships, product, engineering, and sales to align messaging, execute co-marketing programs, and support partner sales enablement for AI-focused developer ecosystems.

Own technical outcomes for AI customers by designing, deploying, scaling, and improving inference and post-training workloads. Build proofs of concept through production, develop evaluations and benchmarks, troubleshoot mission-critical incidents, automate deployment and evaluation infrastructure, and contribute product fixes to Baseten’s codebase. Manage multiple accounts, communicate with customers and stakeholders, and participate in on-call support.

Respond to inbound leads, qualify prospects, set introductory meetings, manage and document pipeline, influence product roadmap, identify high-potential verticals, execute outbound strategies, and represent Baseten at industry events.

Own revenue recognition under ASC 606, end-to-end billing, contract review, sales and indirect tax, monthly close, reporting, and audit deliverables. Partner with Sales, Legal, Revenue Operations, and FP&A to structure deals, automate billing workflows, resolve disputes, and ensure accurate revenue treatment across usage-based, committed-capacity, credit, and multi-year contracts.
