Develop and design high-performance client-server features for the SOLA Clearing platform. Implement C++ code, create unit and automated integration tests, collaborate in Agile squads with architects, BAs, and QA, and ensure reliability and regulatory compliance for clearing systems.

Own and run the end-to-end AI operating process and first-line controls for AI use cases, including Responsible AI policy, model risk management, data governance, dev-tool governance, stakeholder orchestration, audit and regulatory readiness, and continuous monitoring to enable safe, compliant, and scalable AI deployment.

Lead a regional compensation function delivering senior advisory services, people leadership, survey strategy, pay equity and pay-transparency compliance, compensation program and STIP design, Workday compensation administration, and cross-functional project delivery to support business and HR leaders.

Design, develop, and maintain automated and manual test strategies and frameworks (TestComplete, ReadyAPI). Translate requirements into test cases, execute regression and production testing, track defects, support BAU and production troubleshooting, and recommend improvements within an Agile delivery model.

The Risk Management Analyst ensures compliance with regulations by assessing and monitoring risks, supporting compliance programs, and managing administrative tasks for the Risk Management Committee.
