Prepares account plans, sells products and value propositions, makes customer visits with experienced sales leaders, processes customer orders, and develops customer and supplier relationships. The role requires operating a company or personal vehicle more than 80% of the workweek and maintaining an acceptable motor vehicle record.

Processes customer orders across phone, email, text, and counter channels; manages pricing, margins, payments, procurement, and logistics. Resolves escalated customer issues, recommends product alternatives, maintains transaction records, and supports service commitments. Provides pricing guidance, mentors associates, offers technical assistance, and contributes to process improvements while exercising independent judgment.

Coordinates Key Account Engineering projects by scheduling tasks, resources, and meetings; monitoring progress, risks, and issues; defining requirements and objectives with functional leaders; and providing detailed updates to management and stakeholders. The role also analyzes and resolves incomplete or inconsistent data, supports cross-functional coordination, and may guide junior personnel. Overnight travel is typically less than 10% of the time.

Prepares and reviews federal, state, foreign, and miscellaneous income tax returns, estimated taxes, extensions, and tax compliance filings. Responds to tax notices and audits, supports ASC 740 calculations, researches tax positions, prepares tax memoranda, assists with tax planning, resolves tax issues, and reviews fixed asset reports. Independently handles complex assignments and may oversee project completion and associate development.
