Manage FMLA, disability, and personal leave administration; enter and track leave data in Workday; serve as point of contact for employees, benefits carriers, and leaders; assist with enrollment, dependent verification, workers' comp coordination, open enrollment events, employee education, and HR projects. Prepare, reconcile, and analyze sales, purchases, inventory valuations, and monthly profit/loss for fresh operations. Create journal entries, reconcile inter-company transactions, manage commissions and accruals, and support yield and variance analysis. Maintain and distribute reports using spreadsheets and databases, assist month-end counts, and support forecasting and budgeting. Work independently on projects and data/report development as assigned.
