Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of terminal automation upgrades, migrating legacy DCS systems to modern DCS across three terminals. Coordinate engineering, IT/OT, vendors, and operations, manage budgets, schedules, FAT/SAT/IQ, and systems integration (TOS/ERP/SAP).
