Tracks closed mortgage loans from disbursement through investor delivery, verifies loan packages, resolves post-closing deficiencies, submits documentation for loan purchase, and maintains accurate tracking and reporting. The role also assists with loan audits, communicates with internal and external partners, meets delivery deadlines, and ensures compliance with policies. This is an onsite position in North Charleston with occasional travel.

Ensure regulatory and policy compliance (BSA/AML/CIP/OFAC), collaborate with Relationship Managers and Credit Administration, assist with loan documentation, client meetings, and special projects to manage credit risk and client needs.

Supports and modernizes enterprise network infrastructure across a regulated financial services environment. Provides Tier III escalation for network, wireless, WAN, voice, and telecommunications issues; designs and deploys Cisco-based solutions; leads infrastructure projects; supports segmentation, secure connectivity, PCI compliance, incident response, and root cause analysis. The role also manages vendors and carriers, maintains technical documentation, participates in change management, and mentors junior engineers.

Provide investment support and relationship management for a bank territory: grow and service a book of assets, prospect inside and outside the bank, recommend investment solutions, coordinate appointments and referrals, and complete required training and compliance activities.

Ensure timely, accurate work, assist sales for ARC program, and help analyze financial statements and industry data under supervision.
