The Senior Accountant will manage financial reporting, statutory filings, reconcile accounts, and support investment accounting tasks effectively. They ensure accuracy in financial transactions and adhere to corporate principles.

Lead and optimize operational processes for Casualty underwriting profit centers. Oversee workflows, SOPs, KPIs, quality assurance, resource allocation, and regulatory compliance. Detect, investigate, and mitigate insider risks by monitoring UEBA, SIEM, DLP, EDR and UAM telemetry; triage alerts, correlate data sources, produce reports, recommend controls, and deliver training across IT, HR, and Legal.

Lead reinsurance claims operations including large loss identification/reporting, reinsurance and bordereaux reporting, reinsurer audits, TPA data quality, monthly/quarterly analytics, and manage a small multisite claims team.
