Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for European budgeting, forecasting and business planning processes;
- Leading financial performance analysis, including branch, country and product profitability reviews;
- Supporting Quarterly Business Reviews and management reporting;
- Developing business cases, scenario analysis and strategic financial insights;
- Strengthening financial governance, controls and management information across Europe;
- Acting as the primary liaison between European leadership and the London finance function;
- Supporting growth initiatives, organisational changes and strategic projects across the region.
Experience
- 7+ years finance expertise and 3+ years in an FP&A capacity within insurance of Financial Services;
- Management Reporting and business planning background;
- Experience supporting executive teams, regional management and business units;
- Exposure to multinational and multi-jurisdictional operations;
- Experience driving budgeting, forecasting, QBRs and performance reviews.
- Proven ability to influence decision-making through financial analysis.
