Creates print and digital communications, including patient materials, campaigns, presentations, signage, and web graphics. Manages SEARHC’s visual brand, guidelines, templates, and digital asset library while ensuring accessibility and consistency. Provides design guidance to internal teams, supports communications and marketing initiatives, and develops scalable self-service design processes. Collaborates with stakeholders, coordinates with print vendors, and maintains organized, current creative assets.

Serves as the first-line HR business partner for an assigned region, advising leaders on policies, compliance, employee relations, performance management, development, investigations, engagement, and retention. Screens candidates for qualifications and cultural fit, delivers warm leads to provider recruiters, maintains talent pipelines and job postings, tracks sourcing metrics, coordinates career fairs, and partners with medical leadership and brand teams to support provider recruitment across Southeast Alaska.

Manages employee engagement and internal communications across SEARHC. Develops recognition, wellness, team-building, professional development, DEI, and culture initiatives; oversees intranet, digital, and email channels; gathers employee feedback through surveys and focus groups; analyzes engagement metrics; supports town halls and organization-wide campaigns; and collaborates with HR, leadership, and internal stakeholders to strengthen employee connection, satisfaction, and alignment with organizational goals.

Maintains, repairs, installs, and evaluates biomedical and non-medical equipment across remote healthcare facilities. Diagnoses mechanical, electrical, electronic, and operator-related failures; performs preventive maintenance; coordinates repairs; develops maintenance procedures; trains staff on equipment safety and operation; and supports specialized imaging, laboratory, anesthesia, surgical, sterilization, PACS, and telemedicine systems. Frequent travel to remote clinics via small aircraft is required, along with physically demanding work in challenging terrain and conditions.

Coordinates physician and advanced practice provider recruitment logistics, including interviews, candidate travel, lodging, tours, itineraries, communication, surveys, and follow-up. Tracks recruitment metrics, expenses, and process improvements while serving as a key contact for residents completing rotations. Partners with recruiters, hiring teams, clinical leaders, HR, credentialing, and employee health teams to coordinate resident placement, licensing, onboarding, housing, transportation, and orientation.

Manages and governs supply chain item master, contract, vendor, pricing, and purchasing data across ERP and third-party systems. Maintains standardized records, conducts data audits, supports reporting and analytics, and collaborates with procurement, inventory, operations, and finance teams. The role also supports system upgrades, migrations, enhancements, and Workday ERP initiatives while improving data accuracy, purchasing efficiency, and financial integrity.

Administer the purchasing card program and support FF&E procurement for healthcare capital projects. Responsibilities include vendor sourcing, competitive bidding, purchase orders, financial compliance, audit support, project coordination, delivery and installation tracking, invoice discrepancy resolution, and stakeholder communication. The role manages procurement timelines, vendor relationships, reporting, and continuous process improvement across construction, renovation, and facility improvement projects.

Provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Board Liaison and partially supports the Healing Hands Foundation Director. Responsibilities include complex scheduling and travel coordination, executive correspondence, meeting logistics, records management, expense tracking, communications, and special project support while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
