Process mandatory and voluntary corporate actions for equity, bond, and CFD positions from client notification through elections, custodian submissions, payouts, and cash or stock reconciliation. Ensure accurate processing within SLAs, communicate effectively with clients, and support proxy voting activities. The role requires investment banking operations knowledge, corporate actions expertise, strong computer skills, accuracy under tight deadlines, teamwork, and flexibility to work across shifts.

Own and operate Saxo’s observability platform across hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure. Design scalable solutions for metrics, logs, traces, dashboards, and alerting using tools such as Elastic, Grafana, Kubernetes, and SCOM. Partner with engineering, platform, security, and architecture teams; lead incident investigations and post-mortems; improve reliability, performance, cost, and operational efficiency; and establish observability standards and best practices.

Process end-to-end KYC onboarding and ongoing due diligence for VIP private and corporate clients. Conduct enhanced due diligence, identify and escalate financial crime risks, meet processing and quality standards, perform quality checks, and collaborate with financial crime prevention and commercial stakeholders. The role also supports process improvement, automation opportunities, knowledge sharing, and compliant client experiences within a regulated environment.

Lead ownership of data sourcing, modelling, and distribution for compliance and reporting. Define and implement a central data foundation, set standards, ensure data quality, guide teams, and document end-to-end data flows to enable consistent, reusable reporting solutions.

Design and develop ASP.NET web services and applications, utilizing C#/.NET and T-SQL. Collaborate with teams, implement microservices, and ensure application performance and security.

Administer and harden macOS fleet using Jamf Pro in a co‑managed Intune environment. Design enrolment/provisioning workflows, enforce compliance (FileVault, PPPC, system extensions), package and deploy apps, manage OS updates, and provide L2/L3 macOS support. Integrate Jamf Connect with Azure AD/Entra ID, automate tasks with shell scripts, and maintain SOPs and runbooks.

Lead identification, assessment, reporting and mitigation of digital risks across cybersecurity, privacy, data protection, AI, physical security and technology. Maintain control oversight, ensure regulatory compliance, evaluate new technologies, implement controls based on frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF 2.0), and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational resilience.

Lead development and execution of AML quality assurance framework; perform QA on client onboarding and ODD/CDD processes, report findings, recommend policy and process improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to mitigate AML risks.
