Analyze customer feedback, operational data, root causes, and performance trends to identify risks and opportunities. Designs and implements infrastructure changes, maintains security controls and NERC/CIP compliance for critical SCADA systems, evaluates hardware and software, troubleshoots enterprise networking, and leads implementation plans. The role includes vendor and project collaboration, mentoring, incident response, regulatory compliance, and 24x7 on-call support.

Leads enterprise network security engineering for critical infrastructure, including designing, implementing, maintaining, and securing network, firewall, cloud, SCADA, and infrastructure technologies. Oversees technical implementation plans, incident response, change management, compliance with NERC/CIP requirements, contractor delivery, and project teams. Provides 24x7 on-call support, technical mentoring, security architecture guidance, and operational leadership across routing, switching, authentication, automation, and network access control environments.

Provides senior-level infrastructure operations and security support for Operational Smart Grid environments. Responsibilities include incident response, infrastructure design and maintenance, change implementation, vendor coordination, hardware and software evaluation, NERC/CIP compliance, SCADA security controls, technical mentoring, and 24x7 on-call support. Requires extensive enterprise networking experience, including BGP, OSPF, firewalls, network access control, packet capture, SDN, and security technologies.
