The Senior Director, Total Portfolio Risk oversees risk analytics and governance, partnering with investment management on portfolio oversight and contributing to risk innovation and methodologies.

Own reliability, automation, and continuous delivery for the Insight Pension Platform. Build and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, manage 10+ environments, ensure platform security and compliance, respond to incidents, automate manual processes, coordinate releases with teams and vendors, and maintain operational runbooks and documentation while participating in Agile practices.

Lead design, implementation and continuous improvement of investment accounting processes and systems. Support new product accounting, translate business requirements into system solutions, manage UAT, participate in SimCorp upgrades, and provide day-to-day IA&R process guidance and cross-functional project support.

Support evaluation and execution of venture capital and growth equity fund commitments, co-investments, and direct investments. Perform due diligence, build financial models, prepare investment memos, monitor portfolio performance, and engage with fund managers and internal stakeholders. Contribute to research, strategy development, and process improvements while leveraging AI tools and data platforms to enhance analysis and decision-making.

Design, deploy, and operate secure, automated cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS) and networking. Troubleshoot production issues, build IaC with Terraform/Azure DevOps, drive automation using AI tools, optimize performance and security, mentor junior engineers, participate in on-call rotation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable cloud platform solutions.

Design, build, and operate secure, highly automated AWS cloud infrastructure using IaC and CI/CD. Troubleshoot production issues, improve observability and automation (including AI-assisted tools), collaborate with stakeholders, mentor junior staff, participate in on-call rotation, and drive platform innovation and governance.

Perform and validate benefit calculations for retirements, terminations, family law, death, buybacks and transfers using QAM controls; ensure accuracy, escalate issues within SLAs, collaborate with Client Services and Actuarial & Data Insights, maintain procedures and knowledge base, and recommend process improvements.

Support sourcing, diligence, execution, and monitoring of private equity, co-investment, and fund opportunities. Build financial models, prepare investment memos, conduct industry/company research, assist deal structuring, monitor portfolio performance, support valuations and reporting, and contribute to strategic/internal initiatives and cross-functional deal execution support.

Design and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and semantic/analytical data models; extend metric layers for BI and LLM/RAG-driven natural-language analytics; apply AI/ML and data-science techniques to produce trusted investment metrics, insights, and recommendations; embed data quality, lineage, and governance; collaborate with investment, finance, and technology stakeholders to prototype and productionize AI-enabled reporting solutions.
