As an Account Executive, you will grow a new client base in the retail sector, leveraging contacts to promote CMC Markets' CFD offerings and develop a personal portfolio of clients.

Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial statements, support month-end close, variance and KPI analysis, forecast and audit/tax processes, maintain controls, deliver process improvements, and support stakeholders across global operations.

Provide bilingual (French/English) client support for trading platform users across global markets via phone, email, and live chat. Resolve account and payment queries, maintain records, meet SLA/KPI targets, escalate issues, collaborate with global teams, and complete required assessments and certifications.

Lead creative design for global marketing campaigns across digital, social, web, email, events and print. Develop concepts, produce multi-channel assets, maintain brand consistency, optimize workflows, leverage AI tools, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with global marketing and creative teams to scale in-house production.

The FP&A Manager drives financial planning and analysis, manages budgeting processes, produces reports, and partners with stakeholders to improve financial visibility and decision-making.

Provide bilingual (Mandarin/English) client support for financial products, mentor the client services team, handle inbound/outbound queries across channels, conduct platform demos and training, meet KPIs/SLAs, ensure CMFAS compliance, record accurate client data in internal systems, and identify opportunities to improve and cross-sell services.

Support delivery and enhancement of the Compliance Monitoring Programme by conducting monitoring, testing and thematic reviews, identifying control weaknesses and regulatory risks, producing evidence-based findings and management reporting, performing trend analysis, and helping develop monitoring methodologies, dashboards and reporting to inform senior management.

Provide high-quality client support for CMC Markets via phone, email, live chat and messaging. Act as a brand ambassador, resolve client queries, identify improvements to the client experience, and help maintain industry-leading customer satisfaction. Participate in training (including RG146) and follow company career development pathways while working onsite in the Barangaroo office.

Provide legal and regulatory advice for CFD trading and stockbroking across ANZ; lead and mentor legal staff; draft and review client disclosure and commercial agreements; support projects and cross-functional teams on Corporations Act, privacy, IP and regulatory reform matters; shape commercial strategy and ensure legal protections for global expansion.

Front-office quantitative operations role supporting live trading: monitor pricing and hedging systems, investigate anomalies, provide analytics and revenue insights, automate recurring tasks and pipelines, support quant research and model deployment, and contribute to shared Python codebase and system resilience.
