Provide high-quality service to retail and institutional trading clients by managing queries, supporting trade execution, delivering client education, escalating issues, and representing the CMC brand. Monitor competitors, stay informed about global and economic news, and use market insights to improve client experiences. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, integrity, client focus, and intermediate financial-market knowledge.

Lead CMC Markets’ brand and product marketing strategy during maternity cover. Own brand positioning, creative platforms, integrated campaigns, sponsorships, audience segmentation, customer propositions, agency relationships, budgets, and campaign measurement. Partner with product, commercial, compliance, legal, performance marketing, CRM, content, social, and regional teams to support launches, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention while maintaining consistent brand execution.

Provide legal and regulatory advice for CFD trading and stockbroking across ANZ; lead and mentor legal staff; draft and review client disclosure and commercial agreements; support projects and cross-functional teams on Corporations Act, privacy, IP and regulatory reform matters; shape commercial strategy and ensure legal protections for global expansion.

Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and financial statements, support month-end close, variance and KPI analysis, forecast and audit/tax processes, maintain controls, deliver process improvements, and support stakeholders across global operations.

Provide bilingual (Mandarin/English) client support for financial products, mentor the client services team, handle inbound/outbound queries across channels, conduct platform demos and training, meet KPIs/SLAs, ensure CMFAS compliance, record accurate client data in internal systems, and identify opportunities to improve and cross-sell services.

Develop institutional sales across APAC by researching and building relationships with brokers, banks, hedge funds, and other partners. Identify client needs, present trading solutions, negotiate commercial terms, manage regional opportunities, and coordinate partner agreements with Legal, Compliance, BI, Dealing, and Sales Trading teams. Maintain regulatory knowledge, track KPIs, provide management reporting, and support process improvements while representing CMC Markets professionally.

Drive institutional and intermediary client acquisition across Australia and New Zealand. Build and own pipeline, run outbound campaigns, respond to RFIs/RFPs, negotiate commercial terms, close high-value deals, inform marketing and product strategy, and represent the firm at industry events to grow revenue and market presence.

Provide front-line client support for CMC Markets via phone, email, live chat and messaging. Act as brand ambassador, resolve client queries, identify experience improvements, learn trading platforms through provided training, and work rotating shifts between 7:30am and 8:00pm.

Lead FP&A function including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, management reporting, strategic planning, partnering with executives, driving process improvements, and managing a finance team.

Lead Singapore bullion business covering physical gold trading, gold-backed lending and client funding. Ensure PSPM Act licensing and AML/CFT compliance, drive commercial growth and pricing strategy, manage end-to-end trade operations and vault reconciliations, design collateralised structures, and lead a cross-functional sales and operations team to improve efficiency and regulatory governance.
