Lead and coordinate large-scale cross-functional engineering programs: translate goals into technical workstreams, manage dependencies and risks, track progress, facilitate stakeholder communication, support technical reviews, and drive process improvements to meet program objectives.

Lead requirements elicitation and business process definition for ADBMicrosoft products. Produce requirements documents, prototypes, test cases, and coordinate QA/UAT. Manage vendor interactions, monitor defect resolution, and present solutions to stakeholders.

Support DLT and blockchain pilots by running stakeholder workshops, mapping as-is/to-be processes, defining KPIs, performing gap and cost-benefit analyses, capturing functional and non-functional requirements for financial settlement use cases, evaluating DLT architecture fit, and compiling project documentation and roadmaps.

Serve as Ivalua SME for Source-to-Pay: design, configure, develop, release, and deploy Ivalua solutions. Validate designs, resolve complex issues, lead releases, mentor team members, maintain documentation, and ensure scalability, compliance, and quality across S2P modules.
