Job Summary
As a Product Engineer - Hybrid, Mandaluyong City, you are responsible for providing functional and technical expertise to support the design, configuration, development, release, and deployment of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) solution built on the Ivalua platform. This role ensures that business requirements are translated into scalable, well designed Ivalua configurations, and that delivery activities are aligned with best practices and program objectives.Job Description
We are looking for a Product Engineer - Hybrid, Madaluyong City who will support iterative deployments of the modern procurement system and contribute to release planning, readiness, and execution. In addition, the Ivalua SME will play a key role in upskilling team members new to Ivalua, providing hands on guidance, design reviews, and development support throughout the program lifecycle. This position will be full-time and hybrid in Mandaluyong City.
What You'll Do
Serve as the Ivalua SME across the S2P solution
Provide advisory support on Ivalua best practices, platform capabilities, limitations, and design patterns
Validate solution designs to ensure alignment with business requirements, Ivalua standards, and long-term maintainability
Act as the escalation point for complex functional or technical Ivalua issues
The consultant access to proprietary data based on Client subscription will be specifically for the purpose of Client projects as specified in the TOR
Lead or support functional solution design for S2P modules, i.e., Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contracts, Requisition, Purchase Orders, Invoicing
Configure Ivalua components including workflows, forms, data models, business rules, and integrations in line with approved designs
Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to refine requirements and translate them into implementable Ivalua configurations
Ensure solutions meet scalability, auditability, and compliance requirements
Provide development guidance and support for Ivalua configurations, enhancements, and integrations while ensuring consistent Ivalua design and configuration standards
Support development teams in resolving defects, optimizing configurations, and improving solution quality
Participate in design reviews, code/configuration reviews, and defect triage activities
Coordinate development activities across internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment and timely delivery
Support the release management lifecycle, including planning, readiness assessment, and deployment activities for S2P releases
Assist in packaging releases based on approved scope, configuration changes, and development items
Participate in Go/No- Go readiness reviews, ensuring functional completeness and deployment readiness
Support go-live activities, hypercare, and post-release stabilization
Coordinate with Release Managers, QA, and Infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployments
Provide hands on upskilling and mentoring for team members new to Ivalua
Support onboarding through solution walkthroughs, configuration guidance, and best practice sharing
Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical and functional documentation to support knowledge sharing and team capability building
Maintain key documentation including but not limited to: Ivalua design and configuration standards, build and deployment procedures, and dependencies and integration touchpoints
Contribute improvements in configuration management, development practices, and release processes
Identify opportunities to streamline delivery and improve solution quality
What You'll Need
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Accounting or related discipline
Suitability to undertake the responsibilities mentioned above at the required level
At least 5-10 years of professional experience in implementing supply chain systems, technology and human resources, ERP systems with AI capabilities
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing Ivalua Source-to-Pay solution
Skills: Ivalua Functional Configuration, Ivalua Technical Configuration (API, EAI, ETL), Advanced SQL capabilities, AI Machine learning technologies, DevOps, Scrum, Agile, Data analytics, data browsing and data visualizations, APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) and microservices, UI/UX principles and good practices
Certifications: Required: Ivalua L3 Certification (SRM, S2C, P2P, Integration, Required: Ivalua Project Release Manager Badge/Certification
At least 3 professional experiences in engineering and product development managing product releases
Experience in working with DevOps and Agile methodology is preferred
Good understanding of application infrastructure, system architecture, and operating system
Must have extensive experience using Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project) for professional documentation
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Familiarity with Oracle relational databases and multi-tiered application concepts
Extensive knowledge of system development life cycle (SDLC) and utilization in system development projects
