Serve as product champion for emulsion polymerization principals, create and cascade growth plans, support project execution, track performance vs targets, share market intelligence and coordinate cross‑country knowledge sharing while mitigating project risks.

Provide phone and email customer support: open and update accounts, resolve product/service issues, handle order tracking and billing inquiries, escalate sales leads, maintain records, and follow up to ensure resolution.

Manage and grow an assigned territory by contacting existing and potential customers, identifying profitable sales opportunities, building and sustaining account relationships, recommending pricing, tracking leads and sales activity, collaborating with suppliers and sales leadership, maintaining product knowledge, and handling related administrative duties to improve customer satisfaction and profitability.

Perform procure-to-pay (PTP) accounting tasks including month-end LC/DC analysis and GIT PO accruals, resolve supplier invoice mismatches, maintain vendor master data, ensure timely vendor and employee payments, follow and update SOPs/WIs, meet AP KPIs, and provide backup and ad hoc support to the PTP team.
