Debug equipment, analyze test data, support NPI, maintain test documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve throughput, reliability, and test coverage in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Lead design, validation, and optimization of electrical and mechanical manufacturing test solutions. Develop automated test equipment, debug PCBA and instrumentation interfaces, analyze test data, drive process improvements, support NPI and DFT, create technical documentation, mentor junior staff, and manage cross-functional test development projects to improve reliability and throughput.

Serve as customer-facing quality liaison to resolve product issues, lead root-cause analysis and CAPAs, support audits and NPI, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Field Service.

Design and deliver mechanical subsystems for semiconductor capital equipment, owning end-to-end engineering from concept through validation. Perform mechanism design, tolerance/thermal/structural analysis, testing, data-driven troubleshooting, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet performance, reliability, manufacturability, and SEMI/safety requirements.

Execute quality-control testing and hands-on troubleshooting of newly built ion implanters, document interventions, and travel (up to 20%) to customer sites to support onsite testing and production readiness. Work cross-functionally with assemblers, design and software engineers, and vendors.
