Lead the global Workday integration following the Axcelis-Veeco merger and establish it as the HR system of record for approximately 3,000 employees. Plans and schedules material requirements for RD&E and new product introduction projects. Releases work orders, forecasts supply constraints, assesses delivery risks, coordinates requisitions and transfer orders, expedites materials, and communicates impacts to engineering and project stakeholders. Performs quality control and assurance activities for production operations, including equipment setup and calibration, rework, data collection, evaluation, documentation, and procedure development. Works with engineers on experiments and quality-related processes. The role typically requires a bachelor’s degree and 0–1 year of professional experience.

Sources, evaluates, selects, and qualifies components for semiconductor manufacturing products. Serves as the technical liaison between suppliers and engineering teams, investigates alternate technologies and sources, manages supplier change notifications, develops qualification plans, supports lifecycle and obsolescence mitigation, and maintains component records and technical documentation while improving cost, quality, reliability, and supply continuity.

Supports legal department intellectual property, commercial, corporate, and operational workflows. Responsibilities include IP portfolio administration, outside counsel coordination, legal reporting, invoice and budget management, records management, inventor award administration, workflow tracking, dashboard maintenance, and process improvement. The role coordinates with internal stakeholders, inventors, HR, Payroll, Accounts Payable, outside counsel, and other business functions while ensuring legal matters remain visible and progress efficiently.

Evaluates, selects, qualifies, and improves mechanical components for semiconductor equipment. Partners with suppliers and cross-functional teams to reduce costs, improve quality and reliability, manage supplier changes, lead testing and validation, maintain qualification records, support alternate sourcing, and conduct root-cause and continuous-improvement initiatives.

Manage mid-market accounts within an assigned territory to meet revenue targets. Develop and implement account and sales strategies, sell Axcelis products and services, coordinate cross-functional teams, provide quotations and negotiate contracts, build deep customer relationships, and travel domestically (up to 40%) and internationally as required.

Design and build scalable end-to-end ETL/ELT data pipelines, process log and semi-structured data with Python and dataframes, and architect scalable database schemas (partitioning/sharding). Ensure data traceability, validation, monitoring, and enable datasets for machine learning model training and deployment while collaborating with data scientists and engineering teams.
