This role involves investigating, evaluating, and settling entry-level insurance claims while providing service to agents and clients. It includes training in insurance policies and claims handling procedures.

Handles entry-level auto insurance claims under supervision throughout investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and settlement. Studies policies and claim procedures, communicates with claimants, attorneys, agents, and insureds, prepares reports, develops estimating and loss-adjustment skills, completes claims training, and obtains required adjuster licenses. Requires strong communication, organization, decision-making, mathematical, confidentiality, and customer service abilities, plus a valid driver’s license.

Investigate and adjust workers' compensation claims: determine coverage and liability, review and authorize medical payments, conduct phone/mail/on-site investigations, contact employers, medical providers and attorneys, resolve claims and attend mediations or trials as needed, and service agents, policyholders, and injured workers.

Manage day-to-day operations of projects, coordinate team members, execute project plans, perform risk analysis, and ensure project documentation is complete.

Create and curate branded social media content, manage and monitor platforms and KPIs, engage with followers, share positive reviews and escalate negative ones to claims, adopt best practices, and support regional philanthropic efforts.

Build relationships with independent agents across an assigned territory to generate business, provide product training, assist with marketing/advertising, prospect new agencies, analyze risk and loss experience, and report daily marketing activities to management.

Responsible for reducing IT security risk and responding to incidents by enforcing security policies, administering and troubleshooting security tools, documenting procedures, researching mitigation controls, and monitoring/advising on security issues across servers, networks, cloud, authentication, encryption, and applications.

Lead and coordinate IT security projects: create and execute work plans, assign resources, manage risks, review project documentation, apply project management best practices, and ensure projects meet stakeholder objectives.

Provide legal support to in-house attorneys by reviewing and summarizing complaints, claims files, medical and employment records; assist with e-discovery, e-billing, contracts, compliance, data privacy, workflows, and project tasks; monitor laws and regulations; coordinate with claims and underwriting teams.

Handle entry-level property/casualty insurance claims under close supervision through investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and settlement. Complete company claims training, study policies and adjuster licensing requirements, use estimating software, communicate with claimants, agents, legal counsel and third parties, and produce reports while maintaining confidentiality and accurate financial and geometric calculations.
